Phoned late in the day for a new mattress for my young son. Told over the phone they had 3 types in store ready to take away with me. Very happy

Staff were all helpful and friendly giving me time to look and make a decision without feeling pressured, then giving me answers and help when I needed it. Ordering was quick and easy even when I added extra items to my order.

They ensured that even though we had to wait to enter we were continually informed how long before availability to enter. We were offered water whilst waiting, upon entry we were looked after through the whole process.
