Ed that assistant that looked after us was brilliant. His knowledge of products and understanding of my needs were excellent. Was lovely to be given the opportunity to feel at ease within the store and able to take my time as many store now are very pushy. 100% happy with the customer service I received from Ed was lovely to see it as seems to be a dying service nowadays.

Neil was very good he went above and beyond to help us my husband preferred a different pillow to myself that he didn’t have in store and couldn’t get anytime soon but managed to get some from another store for us lovely to have such service will definitely recommend

The covid 19 distancing and cleanliness was amazing, Ed the sales assistance could not be faulted and his product knowledge was second to none

The assistant Simon took us through the sleep assessment and was very helpful when it came to narrowing down our choice. We didn't feel under pressure to opt for the most expensive item - no "hard sale" which we liked. Despite Covid we felt relaxed in the store and there was a good range of products that appeared good quality and stylish
