The salesman Ed was really thorough and really good at narrowing down what worked for us and the best product to go with. It was handy because I had no idea what would be good for me mattress style and materials wise as it was a first purchase. he gave us plenty of time and attention but knew when to give us some space to try things out and think things over so no pressure and very welcoming.
