Covid 19 health and safety guidelines were very good, so my wife and I felt very safe. We had a staff member with us to guide us around the products and provide us with heir expert knowledge. Once we had narrowed down our potential selections, the member of staff provided us with the space we needed to discuss our options privately, so we didn't feel pressured to buy. Once we had made our choices, the purchasing procedure was quick and straight forward.

Simon was very helpful, was very thorough and informative about all the beds we tried and gave us the best time and attention he could have.
