from the moment we entered the Dreams store we were met and advised on covid safety issues, we advised what we were looking for and taken directly to the area holding this item, I said the mattress was a little soft for my liking however my wife was happy with it, it was suggested we try a firmer one, which was ideal, so to keep us both happy the offer of one 'medium' and one 'firmer' mattress would be best which we agreed, great service and knowledge of products.
