The colleague Ed who dealt with us was very knowledgable and helpful. He spent plenty of time helping us choose the right mattress and pillows. Social Distancing,hand sanitiser and spraying were all adhered to. Just waiting for delivery now.

When I arrived on Frid 24th July and met Ed and saying hold on trying to explain about his mark face as he went off as he realised that I am profoundly deaf but another lady staff took her mark face off and told me that he is gone to get face shield so I can read his lip pattern. Which is good. And he came back and show me his face shield and said better. I said yes. I was very pleased. Although I had my face mark too sometime I had to pull my face mark due hard to breath! . Anyway found that I like one of mattress, I told Ed I will have to bring my husband. Ed told me that the sales end On Tues 28th July. I return with my husband next day 25th and Ed was busy with customer so Got Simon insteald he too wear face sheild because he remember from yesterday. He was very polite and patient also smiling.

The staff were friendly, very well organised in these difficult conditions, very helpful and knowledgeable of the products but for me what made my visit a pleasure was the fact I am partially deaf so I find understanding/hearing people with screens and masks can be very difficult but the staff made no issue of this and just removed their mask whilst behind the screen so I could hear/see what was being said then replace their mask. It was a pleasure to shop in your Wallington branch.
