Ed was really helpful! Our current Emma mattress is awful and uncomfortable and we wanted to try out some decent mattresses in the store. Prior to the current mattress/bed frame we had one from Dreams which was excellent and lasted many years. We were keen to replicate the experience. We also wanted to avoid memory foam because of temperature issues which Ed totally understood. Ed was very knowledgeable about all the options available and helped steer us towards something that suited us. No hard sell on particular types - just trying out each option and narrowing it down based on our preference.

The assistant (Jennifer) greeted us on arrival but allowed us time and space to browse. When we needed advice she proved knowledgeable and helpful, and was able to advise us appropriately. She was efficient and friendly, we were impressed with the service we received.

I was helped by Neil. He was very patient with me. I am slowly getting over my mum’s death this year, after six years of caring for her with Dementia. I am still finding it hard to mix with people after all the time me and mum spent in social isolation. Neil was very knowledgeable on his product range and offered me advice when I sought it. I was allowed adequate time to try out each mattress option that the sleep machine had recommended for me. Once the decision was made Neil rapidly got my order processed, took my payment and got me a delivery date. It was all very professional and painless. By that I mean in my current situation I find mixing with people still quite stressful. The combination of my intense caring role and social isolation has left me a changed person, at least for now. I could not have wished for a nicer person than Neil to help me on what is a major decision. Let’s face it I will be sleeping on it for years to come.
