The staff were friendly, very well organised in these difficult conditions, very helpful and knowledgeable of the products but for me what made my visit a pleasure was the fact I am partially deaf so I find understanding/hearing people with screens and masks can be very difficult but the staff made no issue of this and just removed their mask whilst behind the screen so I could hear/see what was being said then replace their mask. It was a pleasure to shop in your Wallington branch.

The Dreams sales assistant, Ed, was extremely knowledgeable and helpful. He explained the products available (based on my description of my requirement). he then gave us plenty of time to try the products and to make a decision.

Edward looked after us extremely well and gave us plenty of time to decide which mattress was best for us. There was a great selection on offer and having been profiled the choice was simplified.
