Edward Kenny was extremely helpful, personable and knowledgable. We were about to leave the store as felt his colleague was too pushy but his involvement kept us in store and meant that we made a substantial purchase. His customer service was excellent.

Excellent customer service delivered by Ed at the Fareham branch. Very hygienic and sterilised all items after use and perfect customer level in the shop. His knowledge and aid in selecting the right bed was outstanding, not to pushy and let me have some breathing space when needed. BZ
