I never knew there was so much that goes into finding a mattress. Ed the gent from the Fareham store was incredible from the minute we entered the store. We were greeted by Ed who asked if we needed any help and what we were looking for, he helped us by showing the sleep machine and found out which would be best for us, and simply offering a bottle of water each made us feel comfortable and he cared. This wowed me before we went any further. Then his experience and patience as we went around the store looking at lots of different mattresses was brilliant especially as we had a 9 yes old with us who Ed managed to keep engaged the whole time we were there. We felt no pressure to buy anything or pushed into making a decision. If you were looking to have a model employee, in our opinion Ed would be your guy!!! Have already raved about him and the experience to loads of people!
