The service from the gentleman who worked there was great. Understood what I wanted, especially understood my budget and was good with only showing and suggesting this I could afford, not trying to convince me to spend money I didn’t have. The poor fella hadn’t had a lunch break yet as it was busy all day and it is was 3:30pm!! Yet he was polite patient and helpful.

Very good customer service, was able to check item was in stock and give me an estimated delivery date. Also explained the process of delivery ie. 2 hour slot, to expect a phone call/text the day prior.

The gentleman concerned was the most patient advisor I have ever dealt with within the retail industry and I would recommend returning to that specific store again. I am ashamed to say my initial contact with the gentleman concerned did not start well, BUT this was TOTALLY my fault NOT his and I am extremely thankful for his care and understanding during my visit. I would strongly recommend his customer service skills especially when dealing with rude customers, such as myself, and once again I can only apologise. I really do thank him for his understanding on that day
