The gentleman concerned was the most patient advisor I have ever dealt with within the retail industry and I would recommend returning to that specific store again. I am ashamed to say my initial contact with the gentleman concerned did not start well, BUT this was TOTALLY my fault NOT his and I am extremely thankful for his care and understanding during my visit. I would strongly recommend his customer service skills especially when dealing with rude customers, such as myself, and once again I can only apologise. I really do thank him for his understanding on that day

Staff was very knowledgeable, listening to what we wanted and showing us the items that suited our needs. Did not try to sell us the most expensive but wanted to make sure that we were happy with our purchase. Neil explained the social distancing that had been put into place showing us the safest way to move round the store.
