Staff was very knowledgeable, listening to what we wanted and showing us the items that suited our needs. Did not try to sell us the most expensive but wanted to make sure that we were happy with our purchase. Neil explained the social distancing that had been put into place showing us the safest way to move round the store.

The young man who dealt with my purchase was very good he talked me through what I needed and I am looking forward to receiving my purchase x

I can’t comment on the bed as it has not yet arrived however the lady in the store was very experienced in the bed we were looking at and really helpful with our decision
