I can’t comment on the bed as it has not yet arrived however the lady in the store was very experienced in the bed we were looking at and really helpful with our decision

The approach to covid health and safety was EXCELLENT. Far better than the majority of other shops we have visited (that’s not to say others were poor - you were just brilliant!). The sleep assessment technology was also great, and the quality of customer service was exceptional.
