Hand sanitiser was available on arrival at the store and we were approached as soon as we entered. The gentleman we spoke to was very informative and was very knowledgeable about mattresses. The staff were wearing appropriate PPE and were very considerate of social distancing measures. I am a hearing aid user who relies on lip reading for the majority of the time, I informed the member of staff who happened to be wearing a face mask that this was the case. He politely lowered his mask to speak to me, making sure I was able to understand him whilst keeping his distance. For a deaf person who has not received much consideration during the past few months as face coverings have become increasingly popular, this really meant a lot to me as it can be a real struggle and quite embarrassing at times.

greeted promptly and assistant immediately assigned very helpful and knowledgeable but was not pushy and happy to leave us to browse in peace then returned to ensure we had what we needed sourced good delivery date and clear prices of extras after order he reclarified exactly what we'd ordered and what would happen next
