Neil I believe his name was very welcoming and friendly when myself and my partner entered the store, asked us if there was anything specific we were looking for, after he showed us where the types of mattresses were he left us be to experience the beds. Every now and then he came and checked on us to see if there was anything he was able to help with and never lingered around us or pressure selled us any products. After we decided which mattress was best for me and my boyfriend he helped us purchase the items and answered all the questions we had. Great experience especially with the current situation the country is in.
