I had an idea of what I wanted but before I ordered online, I wanted to check in-store to satisfy myself that I was ordering the right mattress. Not only did I get the right advice and in turn realise that I would have been ordering the wrong mattress but I was offered a DREAMS mattress which was actually better than the one that I had thought of ordering (different make). Staff very helpful and answered queries with ease. Very satisfied overall.
