I walked in was met by a very friendly salesperson who knew exactly what I wanted at the right price.

We were surprised at the amount of detail that now goes into selecting a mattress. We had not experienced the computerised diagnosis before and were quite impressed. We were also impressed with the amount of time the Dreams colleague spent with us and kept coming back to see how we were getting on when testing the recommended mattresses.

Very friendly and helpful

The staff were professional and friendly and i was acknowledged on entering the store . I didn’t feel under pressure and I felt I could take my time in choosing the right product for me. Everything was explained fully and any questions were answered fully . Buying a bed is a necessary but expensive purchase so it was good to be guided but not pressured.

As we are both in our eighties we are not too familiar with computers, but Simon was extremely helpful and patient.

The shop was very clean and tidy, staff very helpful and friendly. Good value for money.

Staff very friendly and helpful

The staff were helpful and knowledgeable about products. The pillows i wanted were not instore but they sourced other shops and managed to get some delivered to the store for me to pick up - they arrived within 2 days. the variety of stock was also very good and seemed to cater for all.

We were greeted in store in a welcoming manner and looked after very well. There was a good choice of quality mattresses, at varying prices. We were given plenty of time to try out the mattresses and ask any questions, the availability of our chosen mattress and the speed of the delivery exceeded our expectations. All in all a very stress free pleasant shopping experience, very friendly, knowledgeable staff added to this experience.
