The advice and knowledge of our sales advisor Julie was second to none. Was unsure what we was after and she took the time to find the best product and gave first hand experience and advice on the product we choose. She was also keen to ensure we choose the right product and wasnt pushy or driving a sale on us. We felt looked after and cared for. A pleasure to visit and Julie was a credit to the store as was the store manager Neil.

I walked into the store not knowing really what I needed. The member of staff was very helpful and talked me through the options that might be best for my requirements. I felt like he fully understood and listed to what I was saying

From moment I walked into the store I was welcomed by friendly polite staff. The gentleman who helped me through all aspects of my needs was called Ed. He was a absolute star. From helping me pick the base thru to headboard and mattress. I’ve the course of several days popping back into the store to get more info and ideas, Ed was there and knew exactly where to focus my options.
