From moment I walked into the store I was welcomed by friendly polite staff. The gentleman who helped me through all aspects of my needs was called Ed. He was a absolute star. From helping me pick the base thru to headboard and mattress. I’ve the course of several days popping back into the store to get more info and ideas, Ed was there and knew exactly where to focus my options.

Julie, who assisted me in the Fareham store, was pleasant, friendly and very helpful. She advised me best on what I needed based on my problems and now what was best for commission, and I still ended up with a very expensive TEMPUR. 10/10 thanks to Julie

The choice of mattresses was very good and we were given time to select the best for us

We wanted to replace our ageing bed and the assistant, Julie was very helpful pointing out alternative items of superior comfort and quality although more expensive we feel all our future needs and comforts have been catered for.
