Dreams - Fareham

We visited the Fareham shop.My husband has Alzheimers and is very deaf but Julie who advised us was so patient and helpful. I have arthritis and joint problems and she helped us to make the right choice .We would certainly use the store again.

Lovely helpful Julie took as much time as we required to make a decision and even put up with the jokes! Her guidance was appreciated although it meant we had to pay FAR more than we had anticipated!

The staff member in this store, Julie, was very friendly and knowledgeable and it was a pleasant shopping experience.

The lady who served us ensured that she understood our needs and was therefore able to recommend a mattress to us. She was extremely helpful, knowledgeable and friendly. I would certainly look out for her if I shop there again, although I have always found Dreams staff members really nice. Hopefully the bed and mattress will be right when they arrive.

Julie was fantastic, very knowledgeable about the products and extremely patient with our children whilst we were concentrating on our bed choices. Thanks Julie. Neil was also very welcoming and along with Julie made us feel very comfortable.
