I was greeted by a staff member called Simon, he was very polite and friendly and welcoming. He knew what he was talking about and at any time he never put me under pressure at any time , he listened to both my wife and I and went to various options available for us and at the end of showing us the different beds , I purchased a bed and I was very happy with the service provided to me. Friendly informative service

Assistants were immediately attentive to our prsence in the store, welcomed us and enquired if they might assist us. Upon assertianing our requirements we were given clear explanation of technical differences between products and suggestions that might suit. We were guided to view and try various items and allowed time to ourselves to select our preference.(we were also offered refereshment!) Helpful and friendly encouragement was continually offererd as we were guided through the ordering process. Thankyou

Neil in Fareham was extremely friendly and patient with us as we explained my needs (Ehlers Danlos Syndrome which results in a lot of pain at night)! He was incredibly knowledgeable and made sure that the mattress and even pillows were exactly right for us. He was in no way pushy and has mastered the art of greeting customers in a way that they don’t feel they have been jumped upon! I would most definitely go back to Neil and would recommend him by name to family and friends.

Simons product knowledge was excellent, we were greeted by another colleague as soon as we walked through the door. This was our first time buying a mattress and we are so glad we chose Dreams in Fareham to shop with!
