Julie was awesome, I've been lucky enough to purchase 3 beds from her and each time I'm amazed at her knowledge and care. The tea & coffee was very much appreciated and the entire process was a breeze. Julie is quite special and a true credit to the company and to Neil's team at Fareham.

Simon was very patient. Explained everything in detail. No jargon. Very attentive and extremely happy to help us.

The sales adviser was informative. friendly and allowed me to make my choice without any pressure. Excellent service so rare in this day and age. Only two of the three mattresses I had seen on the website was available to try and when there is a Sale promotion on it would be better to have them all available. Just a suggestion.

The salesperson was attentive, knowledgeable and helpful, whilst also giving us time to think without overcrowding us. Also when I was talking to my partner, he came back over to clarify what we could put together, i.e. mattresses to bedstands, so we were more informed. Helped with showing which beds came in which colours. Explained the process, delivery lead etc.
