Dreams - Fareham

All staff were very friendly and although the store was very busy they still made time for us and pointed us in the right direction with what we were looking for until they free to help us :)

We went shopping for two identical kids mid sleeper beds. We were looking for durability, style to fit with our house as well as a good mix of storage and “den” space beneath the bed. We found exactly what we were looking for at Dreams and could see it in the showroom to get a good feel for it before purchasing

Neil, the store manager was very knowledgable, friendly and helpful. The dreams sleep analyser helped narrow down what we were looking for and the help we got in store helped us find exactly what we needed. Would highly recommend.

So many retail experiences are lacking these days, with little to no staff engagement or product knowledge it’s often hard to find the added value over online shopping. Instead we were welcomed by a smiling face who guided us through the various product options in an attentive but unobtrusive way, staff seemed fully engaged in finding us the right solution instead of up selling the latest fad. I would also note that staff had a knowledge of where each product was produced and how etc, small details which created a strong and lasting impression of the brand, they seemed to genuinely care about their customers and purely focussed on their needs. Went bed shopping 5 years ago and it felt like buying used cars - our experience on Saturday at Fareham was a breath of fresh air and how modern retail experiences should be. The result - a 2k order without even looking at any other retailers and a restored faith that some retailers can deliver a solid customer focused sales experience. Bravo!

Julie was the assistant in the store and she was very patient and helpful. Julie suggested I tried the 'talking bed'. I had an idea of the type of mattress I wanted but having tried some, chose one that I hadn't considered and was recommended in store. I felt Julie had my best interests at heart throughout my visit.

Staff were friendly and knowledgeable about products. I was encouraged to spend as much time as I wanted to try the mattresses.
