Store assistant Jennifer was very helpful & friendly. Impressed by the technology used to find correct mattress for us. We only intended to buy a mattress but ended up purchasing new pillows too!

We were helped with our mattress options by using your new dreams bed sleep technology and the staff member was very knowledgeable about all the mattresses we were shown. He was polite, professional and didn't mind staying late after the store closed to complete our purchase
