The sales lady who assisted me was really helpful in explaining and showing the differences between products and why the products I bought would suit me personally. Also wasn’t just interested in making the sale but also making sure that I got the best available product and other related items in the order.

Bought my first bed over 25 years ago and was never really satisfied with it, changed the mattress about 4 years ago, but again never really satisfied with it, so this weekend [ 04 01 2020 ] decided to go buy another mattress ,decided on Dreams as they had a device that fitted you to your perfect mattress hubby came to as he had to be happy with the mattress just as much as me. In the end we bought a whole new bed [ mattress base and headboard ] its being delivered on the 28th Jan and so far everything has been fantastic.

The assistant was extremely helpful and knew her products. I stated I didn't want foam and was only looking for mattresses with natural fibres. These were limited out to me with green throws which made it easy to find. I also bought mattress cover and pillow. Once again Julie new what I wanted. The sale was dealt with efficiently with delivery dates given.

Liked using the simulator to check the type of bed firmness required. Staff friendly and helpful.

We have both had problems sleeping and doing the bed test helped find out which mattress would suit us, which should help us to get a good nights sleep
