Donna was wonderful she was so helpful as we had no idea what we were looking for to be honest and she talked us through everything, offered us drinks and even offered our little boy Arthur drinks and fetched him a book when he started to get a bit bored of bed shopping! She was just wonderful she made our day.

The assistant that approached us when entering the store was friendly, knowledgeable but not pushy. She gave us all we needed to know in choosing the mattress that I wanted to buy. She was patient and very approachable with any questions we had. She was very helpful and attentative.
