The staff were great, very friendly and just the right level of assistance without making me feel as if I was "followed" throughout the store which is the experience we've had with other bed stores.

We were greeted by Claire as soon as we entered the store. She greeted us with a big smile and was very enthusiastic to help us. Claire's customer service has been exceptional – she is very professional, courteous and willing to go the extra mile to help her customers. She made me and my mum feel really welcome, offered us a drink, and also gave us a discount on our warranty. Overall, it’s been a pleasure to deal with Claire as she made the buying process effortless - she’s a great asset to the Dreams' sale team and I look forward to doing more business with you guys in the future.
