She made me and my mum feel really welcome, offered us a drink, and also gave us a discount on our warranty. the assistant Donna was extremely cordial, helpful and extremely knowledgeable about the products she was selling.

I have bought a mattress from the same branch a few years ago. So it was the first place I considered to visit to buy a second mattress. On both occasions I received excellent service from the member of staff. She was friendly and welcoming and very supportive in helping me to choose and purchase exactly what I had visited for. I didn't feel under any pressure and it as a good shopping experience.
