We visited your branch at Ravenside Retail Park. We were greeted on arrival and member of staff explained about hand cleansing, asked if we wanted a mask etc. Very impressed with the friendliness. Donna was appointed to help us and again she went through H&S explaining how our visit would go and giving options whether to wear gloves or not. She was very friendly and very knowledgeable about the products. We hadn't 100% planned to actually buy the mattress and pillows on our visit yesterday but we were very pleased with the product. All in all a very good experience and a pity delivery of the mattress is a little while away (6 August) but thats the manufacturer and absolutely no fault of Dreams. Bed was bought for my daughter but we will return to Dreams to buy our bed. Thanks for the good service.

Advisor was really helpful. Have us measurements so we could check the bed would fit. We can back and ordered the next day and they remembered what we wanted. Good service.
