Asked for advice. Used the bed to measure our needs & were shown a great choice of mattresses to suit our needs.

I knew what I wanted, the right person assisted me in getting what I wanted and that is why.

Tracy the lady who sold us our bed explained everything went over the signage on the bottom of the beds Offer coffee It was a good coffeeTracy was professional very funny I’d left my purse at home so I had to go home and get it and she entertains my mum while I did that and that wasn’t an issue or a problem very professional lady her name was Tracy😊😊

Our sales adviser Donna was very knowledgeable about the products and took her time to fully explain all the options available to us. We did not feel at all pressured to make a purchase or choose one product in preference to another. We were given the opportunity to try the recommended beds several times to ensure that we purchased the one best suited to our needs. Overall it was a good experience with helpful and friendly staff on hand to explain all of our options to ensure we got the bed we needed. Thanks Donna!
