tracey was excellent from when we entered the shop to the time we left,her demonstration skills were fabulous and her explanations of sleeping positions made a lot of things clear to us regarding the type of mattress that would suit us. she used the sleep match machine to do this and within no time had us on quite a few different mattresses lying in the positions that suit us best. i talked about how sometimes my hip hurt and back would hurt with my old mattress, and she explained to me about certain pressure points can be affected by having the wrong mattress.she even demonstrated some positions herself that other people had adapted to which was quite enlightening .

You could not take payment due to you own IT issues but the staff did not detain us and called later to take payment. The problems were not their fault and they dealt with it in a polite and professional manner

The lady (Clair) was very professional and knowledgable, made us feel at ease and showed us everything they had and providing us with pillows and coffee. While we was on the bed that told us which firmness we needed my 8 year old autistic son needed the toilets and she asked if she could take him. My son doesn’t trust anyone but trusted her and went with her. What a lovely lady she was
