I've brought a double Mattress from Dreams recently and was very pleased with the quality and service. I needed 2 single mattresses for my children and I will not go anywhere else but Dreams

Tracey was a fantastic sales woman, I’d never bought a mattress before and she assisted myself and my partner step by step on how to choose the right mattress for us. She made us feel very relaxed and her knowledge was fantastic in helping us make the right choice for us. I even gave her a hug when I left as the experience was a DREAM you have an amazing employee there, as a business owner a staff member to be highly proud of

Approached by Donna soon after entering the store and assisted throughout, with the assesment device and had the suggested choices shown and explained to me. A good point was that I was left on a couple of occasions so that I could peruse the choices on my own. Also being offered a drink during the process. I was also offered the option of pillows with advice provided and mattress protection sheets. I found Donna to be a good saleswoman explaining everything in detail and giving plenty of advice, but without being over pushy. She allowed time for personal thought and decision making which I think was important. Very pleased with the process.

The service received from Tracey was exceptional, she had great product knowledge and really wanted to understand our needs. She took the time to take us around and explain the features of the beds. Top notch.

The Staff were extremely helpful Claire & Lyn very friendly and their knowledge of products was fantastic they gave us the measurements of the items we were interested in so we could go home and make sure which size would be more appropriate. When we went back they remembered us and what products we were looking at and Claire went above and beyond hope she gets recognised for her great work ethic great asset to your company.
