This was the third dreams store we had been in, we was welcomed and offered tea and coffee, we wasn’t followed around (witch is annoying) it was relaxed, every time we had a question it was answered with professionalism, we spent a long time looking and the staff never tried to rush us into anything, we was showed offers that was on which we wasn’t shown in previous stores, when we left the shop we actually said how uplifting an experience it had been, so thank you staff at Dreams Kingsbury Rd Erdington

We was greeted by friendly and welcoming staff which made the whole experience. Tracey was very knowledgeable and helpful in choosing the correct bed and mattress for us.

Fantastic service from Rebecca today very approachable and polite and made me feel at ease straight away . Great product knowledge and fantastic at her job . I would definately only use this store in future. Well done Rebecca you were amazing !!!

Donna was really helpful and so friendly!!! I was very please with the bed that Donna recommended.

The assistant who looked after us, Andy, was very helpful and friendly. He had good product knowledge, made us feel welcome and gave us time to browse meaning we did not feel pressured in to rushing our decision.

The staff in the store were extremely helpful, especially Rebecca, in fact all of the staff were a credit to your company. Nothing was too much trouble, and even the coffee was fab!
