Offered the mattress test experience and then gave us an alternative to the recommendations which is the one we purchased showing superb knowledge and listening to customers. She is a excellent sales person who listens and knows how to read and engage with her customers, and her personality is one that every sales person should strive to have.. The products were clearly marked and easy to test with relevant factors regarding the bed content and structure well defined. The Computer App also confirmed the expected firmness choice. The Assistant Clair knew her stuff but also knew when to disappear for a while.

Becky was extremely helpful and knowledgeable. Struggle with low backache in bed and really hope that new bed will suit. Went to Dreams as recommended by satisfied friends who love their bed purchase.

The sales assistant was Clair at Ravenside Retail Park, Erdington, Birmingham. She was absolutely amazing with our 4 year old daughter whilst we tried out all the mattresses we needed to look at. The other staff at the store were also really friendly and helpful but Clair was just the distraction we needed to enable us to make a purchase comfortably. I would be very grateful if you would pass on our appreciation again to Clair. Our daughter, freya, was quite sad to leave the store! :-)
