Donna who served us was very helpful and guided us in the right direction so that we obtained the Mattress that was right for us. Donna was very pleasant and did't force us to buy something we did'nt want which we were very pleased about. My Wife has a Wool Allergy and so Donna made sure that the Mattress we have Purchased has no Wool Content which is a real bonus for us.

From the time we eneterd the store to the time we left, we were treated very well and the staff were excellent - from offering us a drink to going back 8 years to track down what mattress we had previously.

We were given time to look as a primary factor, the sales team didn't jump on us as soon as we walked through the door - which is always so annoying when it happens. We asked for help, and received the best possible customer service. Becky was brilliant, couldn't have been nicer or more informative and she wasn't pushy.

Donna attended to us and from entering the shop offered her assistance. We were looking for a new mattress and were intending to browse but Donna explained the number of options there are and the system( can't remember what you call it) where we lie on a bed which measures our bodies etc and comes up with a number of options. It did that and surprised us as ideally we were just into the firm bracket when my wife expected to be soft as that is what she generally prefers. Donna explained( as we're getting on a bit) that as we get older we need more support and you can get both that and softness by the surface of the mattress. Anyway, we tried about 6 to 8 mattresses with Donna's help and ended up with the gel option from Thermapur with cool pillows too. It turned out she came from a similar area to ourselves too but it was her advice and explanations that helped us get there. We couldn't be more pleased and had a very pleasant experience. We would seriously recommend both Dreams and Donna
