Excellent customer service from Donna, store found very clean and tidy. Nice to be offered a proper hot drink as opposed to vending machines.

The visit was made easy for us by the sales man Andy, there was no hard sell but just good advice. Using your machine the choice was made so much easier for us. Delivery time was excellent

My mum and step dad had recently purchased their bed and mattress from this store and recommended going to see the store manager who they dealt with. So on monday evening we set off to go and browse and test some mattresses. Upon arrival we was greeted to a very friendly face who greeted us with the name Tracey, like old friends, offered us tea and coffee and assisted us from start to finish. Nothing was to much and we even tested out the SleepMatch i believe it was called, which was amazing. We had no intention of purchasing, we initially set off to get a feel for what we wanted but the customer service was so fantastic that we ordered our bed for our new home. We are over the moon. We don't treat ourselves often, every penny goes on the kids but on this occasion we finally put ourselves first. Tracey is a credit to you and i will be back when the kids beds need updating.

When we entered the store we were met by Tracey who was extremely helpful. She showed us the bed options and colour schemes and suggested we tried the bed/body analyser (can’t remember it’s proper name). She made sure we had a pillow as close to the one we use at home so we would be as comfortable as possible whilst trying the different beds. Part way through I had a reminder come up on my phone about another appointment I had for that afternoon so we had to rush the order a little but Tracey was very understanding and thorough. She was very knowledgeable about the various products and asked all the right questions to ascertain exactly what we wanted.

I came to the store with my brother who is blond to buy him a new bed. When we came into the store we were left alone to walk round so I could describe the beds and let my brother feel them. The lady who served us was very friendly and respectful to my brother. Usually people ask me questions on behalf of him but she made him feel like a valued customer. She asked his name and asked him all the questions she needed to know to help him with his purchase.

Helpful staff member that suggested we tried the interactive bed to find the right mattress. Tried a few after that and found the one we wanted. He checked as he thought it was cheaper than the price listed and was correct, and also gave some small discretionary discounts ant point of sale.

Becky's knowledge wad really good and we used the assessment machine which provided a range of options. She took her time with us, didn't rush us or hard sell anything. She asked our budget and showed us mattresses increasing in price, asked what sort of pillows we used and got them for us to try. We were impressed with her knowledge, professionalism and warmth. I have never used dreams before, and as a result of our experience will definitely come back in the future.

I found this store being an easy shop, the costumer service was excellent, both myself and husband was offered assistance and drinks on arrival as soon as I stated we wanted to look around he left us to it, which is exactly how we liked it (not pushy). When we needed assistance he was ready and willing. I found our server to be kind, friendly and polite. He was more than happy to spend time with us so we could buy what was right for us. Sounds a little over the top but the perfect sales man.
