Dreams - Erdington

I had previously visited a Dreams store in another city and hadn't made a purchase because the staff didn't seem interested. My partner encouraged me to look at Dreams again because she had previously bought a bed there and had been very happy with the purchase. My expectations were exceeded from the time we entered the store in Birmingham. Both ladies were extremely knowledgeable, helpful and friendly, while being totally professional too. It was one of the most enjoyable shopping experiences I have had in a long time. If everyone was able to provide their customers with an experience like this, there wouldn't be so many retailers going out of business.

Very warm greeting as soon as we entered the shop. The assistant, Becky, asked us what we were looking for and narrowed our options precisely to what we wanted. The "sleepmatch" was particularly good. While we were making up our minds she offered us a drink and processed our order very quickly and offered us a delivery date. Overall a very efficient service.

Clair was very knowledgeable, friendly and allowed us time to make our decision.

Staff were friendly I wast pressured to spend more money I was shown similar items but I felt ale to choose what I wanted

I didn’t feel I was being pushed to make a particular purchase. The assistant was happy to work within my budget.

As soon as I walked into the store there was a friendly smile from all the staff and a warm feeling. After several minutes looking around at the beds a very friendly member of staff approached me with a big smile on her face and offered me a helping hand in choosing two beds for my children. She showed me a range of different products that I was interested in looking at and she made me and my children feel very welcome and part of the decision making. She was very knowledgeable and helpful and able to explain the comfort and benefits the beds would have for my children. After 30 minutes I decided to purchase two beds for my children as I felt very comfortable with the products and service that I had received. All the staff were very friendly and helpful and offered me and my children drinks. I felt reassured that I had bought high quality beautiful beds at fair prices for my children. The service offered by the staff was amazing and I would always recommend Dreams to my family and friends.

When I approached the store all staff was approachable and friendly and helped with all my needs

Every one was very welcoming and friendly. Cannot fault the service. Had a lovely cuppa whilst shopping for a mattress for our lovely tv bed we purchased from the same store. Nothing was too much they wanted us to be happy with our purchase. Thank you dreams would highly recommend
