Dreams - Erdington

As soon as my partner and I walked through the door staff were very welcoming. They gave us the time to look around, we were offered drinks and we also had the chance to experience the ‘sleep match’ technology. After this experience we were shown the different mattress options that would suit and also alternatives. We were given the time to test the different mattresses out and Andrew (Ravenside Retail Park, Birmingham) was very knowledgable about the products. All in all a fantastic in store experience.

The knowledge of the assistant was excellent and the sleep monitor was very interesting and added value when making our decision

Becky was very warm and friendly from start to finish. She took the time to listen to our requirements and showed empathy. Becky directed us to the machine to assess us and then showed excellent product knowledge and patience whilst we tried out a range of beds.

Friendly and professional staff who made us very welcome the moment we walked in the door - took us to the sleep machine and was very impressed with the results guided us around the possible areas and left us to make our decisions on buying

Tracey who looked after us was superb, attentive without being pushing, clearly new what she was talking about and gave perfect amount of time for us to decide. With lots of information relating to our needs, absolutely brilliant.

Clair was excellent very friendly and knowledgable took time to listen to what we wanted and gave us options but there was no pressure to purchase, left us to decide but made it clear where she was if we needed any more help, couldn't fault the level of service she provided
