Donna let me use the loo and both her and colleague (Tracey?) offered drinks in both of my visits to Erdington store. She possesses natural warmth, communication and customer service stills that you just can’t train.

We only purchased a headboard but the assistance we received was excellent

Lin took my initial call and called me back when she had updated my order. Lin was ably assisted by Tracey, both of whom went 'the extra mile' to accommodate my request. Everything, we did the sleep study where the mattress found the best one for me and my boyfriend and we found the mattress we really liked great price! Was on in the store 15 minutes and we got a new mattress amazing service

Felt very comfortable with the sales assistant and was given a choice of multiple options and explained in detail why the product was good in it's own way. Also bed test with provided to choose the perfect mattress for me and my girlfriend. Very satisfied with the service and would definitely return in the future for my next bed.

First of all I walked into the store to be greeted with a warm welcome from 1 of the store associates, Becky. She made me feel very comfortable as I had no idea what I was looking for in terms of bed and mattress. Becky suggested I lay down on the bed to suggest what the best suitable mattress for me would be. Becky service, attentive was outstanding, she was very approachable and she was absolutely so patient with me which made me feel good. Oh and of course a cup of tea, what a fabulous touch.
