First of all I walked into the store to be greeted with a warm welcome from 1 of the store associates, Becky. She made me feel very comfortable as I had no idea what I was looking for in terms of bed and mattress. Becky suggested I lay down on the bed to suggest what the best suitable mattress for me would be. Becky service, attentive was outstanding, she was very approachable and she was absolutely so patient with me which made me feel good. Oh and of course a cup of tea, what a fabulous touch. Becky keep going your so lovely

Staff were friendly and welcoming. Helped me locate what I was looking for and showed me the best buys on offer. Was impressed with the efficiency of placing the order and completing the process, despite the store being extremely busy. Offered and took out insurance in the base and mattress which I am very happy with as this purchase is to replace my sons broken bed base. Had no idea you could insure a bed! Overall very happy and the mattress was in the sale so great price too.

My Wife and I visited the store in Erdington, and we were very surprised that the assistant Andrew attended to us immediately. A very nice and polite young man who was very knowledgeable in the way he assisted us. We took advantage of the new technology at the request if Andrew, which helped us to choose the correct mattress for us. Andrew showed us several mattresses explaining each as we tried each one, as I said before an extremely informed young man. We made our choice and Andrew sorted all the paperwork and delivery date with out hesitation. We would definitely use your store again and would recommend all our friends and colleagues to your assistant Andrew. Thank you Andrew for making our visit stress free. Well done

Becky knew all about the products and was both friendly and professional. We decided over two visits which bed we wanted and she not only printed all the info for us so we could do some research but also remembered us the following day. She left us to discuss the mattress so we never felt pressured but was always available and happy to answer our questions. Well done Becky and thank you Dreams.
