Tracey, the colleague who served us, was very welcoming, knowledgeable, friendly and helpful. She explained how the sleepmatch works, and also the difference between the various mattresses and their composition. She was happy to answer all our questions and we didn't feel rushed or pressurised into making a decision. She gave us different pillows to try with the mattresses, and we were offered drinks. The whole experience was brilliant.

Great service

The assistant Donna approached me when I entered the store. She measured my body requirements before showing me the type of bed I asked for. I tried about six different beds before opting for the first one she had suggested. I then chose a divan base of the type I specified and a headboard. Donna was very professional throughout and I was given a cup of tea. I placed my order and was completely satisfied by the experience in your store.
