The staff were very helpful when needed but also happy to let us browse around the store. Tracey, the lady that assisted us was very polite and knowledgeable about the products. We were not just pushed into buying the most expensive products so ten out of ten for that. Overall very happy with our visit.🙂

Dreams has a massive range of beds and mattresses to suit lots of different style rooms. We were spoilt for choice. Tracey, the assistant who helped us was so friendly and stayed nearby to help us whenever we asked questions. We were not harassed or rushed around the store. We were in there for over an hour choosing and testing and were very impressed by the assistants knowledge. She gave us great advice throughout. What was perfect about our visit was that there was no pressure or forceful sales tactics. Just a perfect balance of help and guidance. We only walked in the store to purchase a frame but after testing the mattresses too we decided to go for that too, in no way persuaded by the assistant once again. Would be happy to return if I ever need a new bed for our house but I can't see it being ours for a very long time as the product we bought it of an excellent quality.

Myself and my husband were looking at beds when Donna approached us and helped us as soon as we mentioned we don't know what mattress to get as we never really brought a bed. She helped us by allowing us to test out the sleep test machine without feeling under any pressure to make a forward purchase. She knew where all the products were in the store to show us what we could get with our selected type of mattress and type of bed that we like. She also knew what additional products we could purchase without feeling pressured to buy them. The overall experience made me feel comfortable and confident with my purchase.
