Me and my partner went in to purchase a new mattress, we had Clair assist us and she was very friendly and had excellent knowledge of all the products. She steered us in the right direction for the products we would like. Overall, very happy with our purchases and how we were treated in store.

Clair was very helpful, she established which mattress would be best for us and showed us a variety of suitable ones for sale. We were then left to look around so didn’t feel pressurised into the sale or making a rash decision.

The person assisting me quickly altered the selection of products she showed me based on what I told her I wanted and the affordability. She didn’t try to persuade me to spend more or choose something less satisfactory. It was more of a case if I explained what I wanted and she provided the knowledge if the mattresses which would provide that. She neither rushed me nor wasted my time. She was clearly very experienced and knowledgable, as well as pleasant.
