Quick service, very friendly and helpful

Not just the lady who served us but the staff in general were extremely friendly all gave us attention for just buying a bed and even offered us a drink on may times, lovely people just what everyone needs when spending a certain amount of money, we all want to be treated the same and the Dream Girls Delivered :)

Very welcoming and knowledgeable staff, Clair, who served us, was lovely, also the manager was very nice, we had coffee and a lie down!! Never shopped at dreams before, but would highly recommend it, good experience all round!!

I was satisfied because the lady who served us had a lot of knowledge and she took time out and explained in detail. She understood what we needed and explained what mattress would be suitable. I was really pleased with her service and would recommend her as she was really good understanding of the products and she was extremely helpful.

Donna was extremely lovely, helpful and informative. She came up to me as soon as I walked into the store offering assistance. I had seen a few beds online that I wanted to try out. She talked me through all the materials etc as I only wanted naturals and I tested many beds. She offered for me to use the sleep machine; not sure what its called, to assess my true requirements. She offered me a drink a couple of times too. She was very friendly and extremely helpful to me. Thanks Donna.
