The sales person was very friendly and helpful. He took us through lots of different options but was not pushy and allowed us to browse and answered any queries we had.

Staff were friendly, knowledgeable, and not afraid to have a laugh with customers. We were also offered cups of tea, which always wins us over!

We has a warm welcome when entering the store and was asked if we required any help, we browsed a little and then asked the store for some help and advise and they were able to answer all out questions. Clair was able to go through the order and answered all our questions and explain in more details about the bed. She was very helpful and was very professional and down the earth.

We were offered the use of your computerised system - sleep match - which we found very helpful. Our assistant, Tracey, gave us the opportunity of testing a large number of mattresses within the sleep match suggestions and we were never rushed into making a decision. She spent a long time helping us decide on the mattress with which we felt most comfortable. We would have loved a more expensive mattress but made it clear that we could not afford it and we never felt under any pressure about this decision. It was a joy to actually have some customer service; we are delighted with the service we were given and hope our future nights' sleep will be as delightful! Thanks you Dreams
