Rebecca was very knowledgeable,and explained in detail how the different beds were manufactured. She was very patient with us as my wife and I had different requests.

I have had a bed from Dreams before and it lasted longer than any other bed due to the assembly of the item. I needed a new bed and Dreams has always been engraved in my memory for the politeness of the staff and the knowledge they posses along with the great values in store.

We were found the best bed for ourselves by good staff who spent time explaining about different beds and we went on the machine that tells the staff and ourselves which is the best mattress for our sleep and we were explained about other products that would protect our new bed

Excellent customer service. Clair from the Erdington store was so helpful and was not pushy or intrusive. All my questions were answered. I was made to feel relaxed and totally at ease. Nothing was too much trouble. We returned to the store the following day and received the same exemplary service. Cannot fault at all. Thank you to Clair especially.

We very pleased by the assistant(Donna) the help and her knowledge of the mattress we needed was brilliant, she never rushed us and was happy to answer any of our questions and gave us time and space to choose our new mattress.
