Clair was very helpful, knowledgeable and polite. She left us to make a decision and wasn’t pushy at all

Staff friendly, had good knowledge of products and explained differences. Did not feel rushed.

Staff were very friendly. Products ready to view and assitance readly given if and when needed. Store was very clean, very tidy and all staff were very smartly attired. Coffee and Tea offered while we made our order and staff even commented on how well behaved our children were. Will deffinatly go back to this store for anything sleep related.

All products were explained for our needs. Assistant had a good knowledge of products. Was a pleasure to shop there.

Tracey was lovely and easy to communicate with. I felt very comfortable and confident in choosing my bed and I am extremely likely to buy my next one from there. Service was amazing and such lovely staff. I HIGHLY RECCOMEND.

When arriving I was met with Tracey who gave insightful advice on which mattress to have after the 3 minute bed test to the best pillow and difference between single or twin slats. She was lovely and friendly to talk to and made buying a bed a simple and easy choice. Would easily recommend the dreams shop to others.

We were dealt with by Donna who was knowledgeable, helpful and not pushing in the slightest. She made us coffees, helped us test a whole range of beds regardless of prices till we found the one we loved. We used the sleep test machine to find which mattress would suit us both which was great.
