Tracey made me feel comfortable on my first visit in terms of the right balance of friendliness without being pushy, product knowledge without overload, and answering the questions that I had. When I returned to place the order for just the bed base, it was a similar businesslike but cosy approach to our meeting and I felt I would happily go back to her should I need to order the mattress or anything else in the future.

Tracey spent a long time making sure that the mattress we bought was suitable for both of our needs. Her product knowledge gave us the confidence that what we were buying was right for us and the special scanner she used to match our mattress needs was excellent.

Rebecca served myself and my mother. She was super friendly and would come and check on us if we needed any assistance but did not push for sales, she knew immediately what I was looking for as when I first walked in I looked at specific bed at the front of the store therefore directed me to where the other ottoman beds were before leaving me and my mom to look around without any pressures. When we were ready for assistance rebecca was very knowledgable and chatty, rebecca did not push sales that made me feel uncomfortable but gave me options. I would definitely recommend this store to others and I'm looking forward to my new bed and mattress being delivered. Thank you rebecca! Me and my mom were both impressed with the service.

we wear made to feel very welcome as soon as we stepped into the store. we were welcomed by Donna with the offer of tea or coffee.we were taken to the sleepmatch bed and found out which mattresses suited us ,chose the one we wanted we Donnas expert help.payment was quick and simple shook hands on departure,look forward to rieceving our new mattress.
