Dreams - Erdington

We were greeted by a dreams colleague (Donna) who determined the type of mattress that best suited my wife and myself (using your mattress machine) and then took us to all the suitable mattresses which we were able to test for comfort. She was able to answer all questions that we posed, and even provided us with coffee. A very enjoyable experience.

The member of staff Donna, was very friendly and had alot of knowledge on the products and made the journey of the sale very easy and quick, Mr and Mrs Malik

We used the sleep machine to identify the right bed. This guided us towards choices we might not have considered. The assistant Donna and her manager were extremely helpful with knowledge, personal experience and how to compromise for my husband and my different needs. They also pointed us towards special offers so to get great value. We only went in to look and needed up with 2 beds, frames, mattresses, covers and pillows. Fantastic experience!!

We were greeted at the door and offered a drink. Then introduced to Andy, who was extremely helpful. He listened to our needs and asked us to go on the monitoring bed. He then showed us each of the matresses it had highlighted, at no point was he pushy. He was very helpful>

We went looking for a mattress for our guest room just like ours own. The shop assistant was able to find the one we had. Sadly it had br discontinued. As we were general browsing she came to find us to say you have one on the shop floor we could purchase at discount price. She was happy and helpful and not pushy at all

The salesperson lynn showed us many options & items available, she was very knowledgeable & very pleasant throughout the whole purchase process. This is not the first time we have used your store & will do so again. Other members of staff were friendly & offered us coffee a very pleasant experience.

Nice and easy process sleep master gave hs options to try to which 1 we chose, good knowledge by Donna the sales lady

Staff member was very helpful and friendly and seemed very knowledgeable. We were unable to find the product that we were after but were more than happy with an alternative suggested by the the member of staff(Becky).
